Joseph Mullen

Joseph F. Mullen passed away unexpectedly yet peacefully at home on October 6th, 2026 at the age of 56 in Hollywood, Florida. 

Joseph was a 1988 graduate of St. James High School in Chester, PA and a 1993 graduate of the University of Dayton in Dayton, OH earning a degree in Accounting. He moved to Hollywood, FL in 1994 and has called South Florida home ever since.

Joseph truly was one of a kind. He was kind, loving and adventurous. He had a big presence in the Hollywood, FL community, socially as well as in the business community. Joseph had an adventurous soul and loved to travel; he just recently returned from a trip through Switzerland. Joseph was a sports fan through and through. Weekends revolved around watch parties with friends and attending games to support his local teams the Miami Dolphins, Miami Hurricanes, Miami Heat, Florida Marlins and Florida Panthers. His friends all know him as ‘McLovin’, a nickname he proudly went by and one he will be remembered by for many years to come. 

Joseph is survived by his sister, Kelly Mullen Townsend (Lansdowne, PA) and predeceased in death by his Mother, Marion Mullen (2019) and his Father, Francis J. Mullen (2022) and by his countless friends.
