Bill proudly served his country in the United States Navy from 1950 to 1954 during the Korean War, serving aboard the USS Perkins. In the 1980s, he started his own plant nursery, a venture that became a lasting part of his life. The nursery kept him busy and doing what he loved right up until his passing. His love for the outdoors and his dedication to his work reflected the hardworking spirit that defined him.
Above all, Bill leaves behind a family whose lives were shaped by the years they shared with him. He is survived by his three daughters, Elizabeth Greene (Bill), Casey White (Ray), and Cindy Gustafson (Ray); his brother, Robert Greene and sisters Robin and Renee Greene; 10 grandchildren; 18 great-grandchildren; and two great-great-grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.

Bill will be remembered and honored for his service to his country, his dedication to his work, and the lasting legacy he leaves through his family. Though he will be deeply missed, his memory will live on in the hearts of those who knew and loved him.
May he rest in peace.
