Theresa Tagliaferro
March 16, 1939 - July 21, 2026

Theresa Tagliaferro who was born in Brooklyn, New York, and whose life was defined by love, laughter, and devotion to her family. She had a gift for bringing people together and loved entertaining family and friends. Her home was always filled with warmth, delicious food, and the sound of laughter. Blessed with a wonderful sense of humor and a naturally comedic personality, she had a unique ability to make people smile and brighten every room she entered. As a preschool teacher, she found great joy in nurturing and inspiring young children. Her patience, kindness, and caring heart left a lasting impression on the many lives she touched throughout her career. Above all else, she treasured her family. She was a devoted wife, a loving mother, a caring sister, a proud grandmother, and a cherished great-grandmother. Her unconditional love, wisdom, strength, and endless support will forever remain in the hearts of those who knew and loved her. Though she will be deeply missed, her legacy of love, laughter, generosity, and family will continue to live on through the many lives she touched. She will be forever loved, forever remembered, and forever missed. Survived by daughters Maria (Fred) Serianni and Gina (Norman) Strockis; grandchildren Christopher (Nicole) Strockis and Bryan Strockis and great grandchildren Cole and Luke.
