March 21, 1977 - July 14, 2022

Anastasia “Stacy” Dowd Adams, 45, of Pembroke Pines, passed away surrounded by friends and family on July 14, 2022. She was born on March 21, 1977 and moved to Hollywood when she was 3. She met her future husband at after school care in 3rd grade, at which point their life together was a foregone conclusion.
Stacy loved helping people, which led her to pursue a career in Human Resources. Her passion for lifelong learning inspired her to earn a Master of Science in Management degree from the University of Maryland Global Campus, and a Senior Professional in Human Resources certification. As a testament to her love for the “City Beautiful”, she proudly served on the Board of the Hollywood Historical Society since 2007.
Stacy’s adoration of music was no secret, and she was happiest when enjoying 1980’s music at high volume. She was a truly gifted baker, with her Christmas cookies, especially, being the stuff of legend. She will be remembered by family, friends, and coworkers alike for her loving generosity, infectious laugh, and heartwarming smile.
Our beautiful Stacy is survived by her loving husband of 15 years Ron; Mother Frances; brother Donald; sister Heather; mother-in-law Debra; aunts Gae, Donna, Carolyn, and Elaine; 12 cousins; and countless friends.
Please join us in celebrating her life on Saturday, July 30th, from 6:00PM – 11:00PM at the Boulevard Heights Community Center, 6770 Garfield Street in Hollywood. In lieu of flowers, please consider a donation to the Hollywood Historical Society, Gilda’s Club South Florida, or your favorite animal charity.
