Ann Todero

ANN TODERO, 94, was born in Queens, NY to Josephine and Ralph Ciccarelli. At an early age, she moved to Brooklyn where she attended elementary and junior high school.  Ann and her family later moved to Tampa, FL where she attended Thomas Jefferson High School, from which she graduated with honors in 1946. She visited friends in New York that same year where she met John Todero, whom she would marry in 1948.    Ann had her first child in 1949, a son named Kenneth who is now deceased, and a daughter named Michele (Alex) Perez, in 1955. She had 4 grandchildren, Jessica Todero, John Todero, Stefanie (John) Daddono and Stephen (Jennifer) Criscuolo. She also had 4 great grandchildren, Michael & Cara Daddono, and Audrey & Ethan Criscuolo.  Ann is also survived by her niece Barbara Cirrito.    She was a devoted Catholic and a Professed member of the Dominican Order.  While living in North Miami, she was very active with St. James Catholic Church, including her involvement with the Handmaids of the Blessed Sacrament, Women’s Club and PTA.   At home, Ann was known for her delicious Italian cooking and famous biscotti cookies. Recently she took up crocheting baby blankets for Respect Life, as well as homemade scarves for friends and family members.   She will be missed by all.    Visitation on Monday, Dec. 5th from 2-4pm and 6-8pm at Landmark Funeral Home 4200 Hollywood Blvd, Hollywood, FL 33021   Funeral services, Tuesday, Dec. 6th 11:00am funeral mass at St. Mark Catholic Church at 5601 South Flamingo Road, Southwest Ranches, Florida 33330   Entombment to follow at Our Lady Queen of Heaven 1500 South State Road 7, N Lauderdale Fl 33068

Joan Lee Scheidell, 85, of Hollywood passed away June 13, 2025. Survived by sons Mark (Jeanne) Kovacs and Michael (Maria) Kovacs; daughters Suzanne (Joe) Domenech and Denise (Jim) Ordonez; 9 grandchildren and 15 great grandchildren. Services will be private.
