BARBARA “BEE” CESARE
It is with profound sadness we announce our beautiful mother has passed away.
Born in Brooklyn, NY Barbara moved to Miami Beach over 60 years ago where she raised her family and made lifelong friends who really are her extended family. Her giant personality left a lasting impression on everyone she met.
Barbara lived a BIG life with big stories. She started at the Fontainebleau Hotel as a Social Hostess. Went on to become the Director of Sales at the Konover (Playboy) Hotel. She then founded/owned La Cumbre International Trade Show. But her favorite career choice was Horse Racing, and owning of her beloved horses with her son Billy Boy.
Barbara traveled around the world, always taking her New York accent with her! She was hopelessly always herself no matter who she was with - Royalty, Politicians, Designers, Actors, you name it.
However, her claim to fame was her children. Billy Boy, Robin and Brian. She loved them fiercely.
Our hearts are broken, our family - William (Billy Boy) Cesare (Lisa) Robin Fountain (Bill), Brian Cesare (Dawn) her beautiful grandchildren Ashley Smith (James), Brian Komer (Megan) Berry Holt (Nicholas) Sheen Cesare (Laurie) Payton Cesare (Shella) Billi Morgan Cesare, Ryli Elizabeth Cesare; and her great-grandchildren Lukas Smith (10),  Emery Cesare (7), Decker Cesare (6), and Wyatt Holt (11 months); her sister Rose, and Brother Joseph, and countless nieces and nephews - thank you ALL for loving Barbara Bee.
Barbara is pre-deceased by the love of her life, of 32 years, her husband Billy, and her constant companion, brother-in-law Nicholas Biscardi Jr. (Rob).
Barbara’s family is grateful for any gifts made in her memory to St. Jude Children’s Hospital.
