Beatriz Marta Prado, age 100, passed away October 13, 2024. She was born in Spain to Maria Luisa and Juan Leon. She moved to Cuba in the 1940s after meeting and falling in love with her husband of nearly 50 years, Fernando Prado. They had two children, Angel and Marta, and moved to Florida in the 1960s. Beatriz was an amazing mother, friend, and "Abu" to her grandchildren.    She is survived by daughter Marta Prado and her husband Robert Butterworth; and grandchildren Brandon and BreAnne Butterworth.   Viewing is Wednesday, October 16, 2024, 9:00 to 10:30 AM at Landmark Funeral Home followed by a Funeral Mass of the Resurrection, at 11:00 AM at Little Flower Catholic Church in Hollywood, FL.   Interment Thursday, October 17, 2024, 10:00 AM at Woodlawn Cemetery North in Miami.
