A Prayer Service will be Monday, May 2, 2022, 11:00 am at St. George Greek Orthodox Church, 425 North 58 Avenue, Hollywood. Interment will follow at 12:45 pm in Hollywood Memorial Gardens North, 3001 North 72 Avenue, Hollywood.
DESPO PAPANTONI, 85, of Hollywood, passed away April 28, 2022. Born in Megala Kalyvia, Greece, she is survived by her children Vasiliki Kefalas, Dina Papantoni and Evangellos Papantoni, five grandchildren and one great grandchild.
She was the heart of the family and the made the most amazing Greek food. Her greatest pleasure was to be with and watch her family thrive and be happy in life. She loved game shows, Greek TV, pizza and feeding the neighborhood kittens.
Saying she will be missed is an understatement, she will forever live in all of our hearts.
