Dorothy Joan Scalise, 84, of Hollywood, passed away April 18, 2025. She was born in Warren, PA and moved to Fort Lauderdale, FL in 1974 from Alexandria, VA where she worked at Ft. Belvor as an administrative assistant with the Army Corp of Engineers. She was an administrative assistant for Associated Builders and Contractors of Margate, FL from 1974 to 1980.

 

She is surivived by daughter Robin Bloodworth and grandchildren Joseph, Brian, Steven and Michelle. She is predeceased by her parents and her brothers Charles and Casper. 

 

Funeral Mass of the Resurrection will be Thursday, April 24

th

, 12:30pm at Little Flower Catholic Church, 1805 Pierce Street, Hollywood followed by interment at Our Lady Queen of Heaven Catholic Cemetery in North Lauderdale.
