Dr. Qemal Halili

September 9, 1926 - December 4, 2022

Dr. Qemal Halili, 96, departed this life December 4, 2022, at 10:30 pm in Memorial Regional Hospital, in Hollywood, Florida. A great family man, loving husband and amazing father, Qemal is survived by Sabire, his cherished wife of 62 years, daughters Anila and Iris and grandchildren Enea, Ana and David. Dr, Halili was a talented and dedicated Gastroenterologist who was passionate about his profession and served for more than 50 years as one of the top doctors in Tirana, Albania. He loved the USA and became a US citizen at the age of 95. His family, his friends and his patients will always remember him as a noble, honest, humble and extraordinary man with a great heart and bright soul. The family will be receiving friends on Sunday, December 11, from 12:00 pm to 12:30 pm at Landmark Funeral Home, 4200 Hollywood Boulevard, Hollywood. A Celebration of Life service is scheduled for 12:30 pm to 1:30 pm, immediately followed by a reception until 3:00 pm.
