Jessica Jael Garcia

August 25, 1992 - November 19, 2023

Jessica Jael Garcia was born on August 25, 1992 and tragically left us on November 19, 2023. She was known for her carefree, wild, and adventurous spirit, her sweet yet sassy nature, and her bubbly personality that never failed to bring laughter and light into any room. She was adored for her laughter and light-hearted presence, which will remain her enduring legacy. She was born at Jackson Memorial Hospital in Miami. Jessica is survived by her loving father Oscar Garcia, her mother Jessica Aplicano, her stepmother Iliana Castro, her brothers Jonathan Garcia and Oscar Garcia Jr., her sisters Elaine Christ, Jovanna Abraham and Donelda Reyes, and her cherished grandmother Ela Melendez. A proud graduate of Dr. Michael M. Krop Senior High School in North Miami Beach, Florida, Jessica went on to enroll at Florida Career College to pursue a degree in the medical field. Jessica had an affinity for all types of music, ranging from rap, pop, Spanish, to alternative. She enjoyed spending time with her family and friends. She loved to dance, laugh and joke around. She loved sushi and Honduran food. She loved animals. She was open minded and had a big heart. She taught many of us the how to love without conditions.  Jessica will be deeply missed by her family, friends, and all who knew her. Her vibrant spirit and loving heart will forever be etched in the memories of those she left behind.
J essica Jael García nació el 25 de agosto de 1992 y trágicamente nos dejó el 19 de noviembre de 2023. Era conocida por su espíritu despreocupado y aventurero.  Tenia una naturaleza dulce pero a la misma vez picardía.  Su personalidad alegre nunca dejaba de provocar risas y luz en cualquier habitación. Fue adorada por su presencia alegre, que seguirán siendo su legado perdurable. Nació en el Jackson Memorial Hospital de Miami. A Jael le sobreviven su amado padre Oscar García, su madre Jessica Aplicano, su madrastra Iliana Castro, sus hermanos Jonathan García y Oscar García Jr., sus hermanas Elaine Christ, Jovanna Abraham y Donelda Reyes, y su querida abuela Ela Meléndez. Jael, una orgullosa graduada de la escuela secundaria Dr. Michael M. Krop Senior High School en North Miami Beach, Florida, se matriculó en Florida Career College para obtener un título en el campo de la medicina. Jessica tenía afinidad por todo tipo de música, desde rap, pop, música latina hasta alternativa. Disfrutaba pasar tiempo con su familia y amigos. Le encantaba bailar, reír y bromear. Le encantaba el sushi y la comida hondureña. Amaba a los animales. Tenía una mente abierta y un gran corazón. Ella nos enseñó cómo querer sin condiciones.  Su familia, sus amigos y todos los que la conocieron la extrañaran profundamente. Su espíritu vibrante y su corazón amoroso quedarán grabados para siempre en los recuerdos de aquellos a quienes dejó atrás.

Visitation will be held on Sunday December 3, 2023 from 1:00pm-5:00pm with Service at 3:00pm at Landmark Funeral Home 4200 Hollywood Blvd, Hollywood, Florida 33021.
