It is with deep sadness that we announce the passing of our beloved mother, Marie Therese Raymonde Laroche born Sajous, who passed away on January 14, 2024 at the age of 91.
Born on October 16, 1932, in Port de Paix, Haïti, she grew up in St Marc and Gonaïve, Haïti and later moved to Port-au-Prince, Haïti and South Florida. She was a dedicated and loving wife to her late husband Maître Jacques Laroche, and a devoted mother to her children Marie Marcelle Laroche, Pascale Laroche St-Jean born Laroche, Marjorie Hall born Laroche, her late son Jacques Laroche Jr. (Jackie), and Gaëtane Bolzanello born Laroche.
Raymonde lived a fulfilling life and was a woman of many talents. Raymonde was a kind and generous soul, always putting others’ needs before her own. Her love and compassion extended to all those who knew her, and she will be remembered for her infectious smile and warm personality. Raymonde is survived by her children, Marie Marcelle Laroche and her companion Gerard Menos, Pascale St-Jean and Spouse Denis St Jean, Marjorie Hall and Spouse Joseph Rudolph Hall, Gaëtane Bolzanello and Spouse Dennis Bolzanello, her grand-children, Christelle Bonaparte Auguste, Ariel Savary, Philippe Savary (Pipo) and Spouse Alyssa Texeira Savary, Gaël Savary, Melissa Hall, Nicolas Bourjolly, Coralie Bourjolly, and Catherine Hall, her great-grandchildren Orlando Savary, Naïma Savary and Taliya Savary, her sisters Marcelle Jean Baptiste, Monique Legagneur and Spouse Lionel Legagneur, her brother Claude Sajous and Spouse Michaelle Sajous, her sister in-law Marie Denise Sajous, her nieces and nephews Louis Rene Balmir and family, Marie Louise Jean Baptiste and Family, Sylvie Vigier and family, Raïna Sajous and family, Paul Emile Sajous and family, Soraya Sajous-Brooks and family, Claude Henry Sajous and family, Dominique Jean Baptiste and family, Chantal Snowden and family, Nathalie Legagneur, Lionel Legagneur Jr. and family, her cousins, the families Laroche, Sajous, Tassy, Hall, Bolzanello, Savary, Bourjolly, St-Jean, her best friends Clara Lanier Verna and Huguette Beauvoir, and her God daughters Chantal Guillaume, Sabine Poisson, the fathers of her grandchildren, Christian Bonaparte Auguste, Philippe Savary, Joseph Rudolph Hall, and Jacques Bourjolly Jr. (Kako).
The viewing will take place on Friday January 19th, 2024 from 6:00PM to 9:00PM at Landmark Funeral home, located at 4200 Hollywood Blvd FL 33021, phone 954-989-8220.
