Kathryn “Kathy” Mossman Prisciandaro

April 29, 1945 - October 27, 2025

Kathryn “Kathy” Mossman Prisciandaro, a beloved wife, mother, grandmother, sister, and friend, passed away peacefully on October 27, 2025. She was born on April 29, 1945, in Chicago, Illinois, and was a long-time resident of Hollywood, Florida.


Kathy is survived by her devoted husband of 56 years, Lenny Prisciandaro; her loving daughters Ann Prisciandaro and Carol Risk and her husband Linus; and her cherished grandchildren Zachary and Madison Risk. She is also survived by her siblings Barbara, Mary Lou, and John, along with numerous cousins, honorary children and grandchildren, and many dear friends who loved her deeply.


Kathy touched countless lives through her dedicated work at the Broward County State Attorney’s Office, as well as her many years of volunteer service in her Catholic church and school community. She lived her faith daily, giving of her time and heart to those around her.

Kathy had a joyful spirit and a generous heart. She loved to travel, bake, read, and spend time with friends playing bunco, cards, and other games. Her kindness, humor, and warmth left a lasting impression on everyone who knew her.


A Funeral Mass will be held at Saint David Catholic Church, 3900 S. University Drive, Davie, Florida on November 15, 2025 at 10:00AM. A reception will immediately follow at the Cooper City American Legion Hall, 9081 SW 51st St, Cooper City, Florida.



In lieu of flowers, the family kindly asks that donations be made in Kathy’s honor to St. David Catholic School or St. Jude Children’s Hospital.

Kathy’s memory will live on in the hearts of all who were blessed to know her.
