A stronger person would be hard to find, And in your heart, you were Always Kind. You fought for us all in one way or another, Not just as a Friend, not just as a Mother. Norma Figueroa was a caring mother, grandmother, sister and friend. She left this world suddenly on January 24, 2024, at the age of 69. Her funeral services will be held this Thursday February 1 ^st , 2024, at Landmark Funeral Home 4200 Hollywood Boulevard Hollywood Florida 33021 at 3pm.
Ms. Figueroa was born on March 13 ^th , 1954, in Manhattan, New York to Herman and Maria Padro. She was an amazing, dedicated mother to seven children: Jose Arthur Martinez, Raymond Jose Martinez, Richard Anthony Martinez, Oscar Manuel Figueroa Jr., Cristal Marie Lahr, Steven Antonio Figueroa, and Christopher Noel Figueroa. Her children remember her as a kind, patient, God fearing woman who encouraged them to pray through absolutely everything.
Norma spent much of her time preaching the word of God to everyone who would listen. Norma was one of the kindest people you would have ever met. She opened her heart and her home to many over the years and she will be sorely missed.
She is survived by her sisters, Raquel Padro, Maria Lizotte and Carmen Hamilton, all seven of her children and 19 grandchildren.
