Rose Marie Romano

May 23, 1936 - September 14, 2024

Rose M. Romano, aged 88, of Fort Lauderdale, passed away peacefully on September 14, 2024. Rose was an Administrator of a very successful Law firm for many years.
She is survived by her loving partner, Herb Chayet, and her devoted daughters Lillian (Tedd) Mooney, Jean Romano-Clark (Lance), and Deborah (Paul) Romano Schriefer. Rose is also survived by her son, Joseph (Karla) Romano; her cherished grandchildren Katie, Kevin, Kyle, Gina, Christina, Robert, Zachary, Amanda, Stephanie, Ashley, Christopher, Daniel, Chase, Madison and Landon; and her great-grandchildren Collin, Emily, and Lucas. Additionally, she leaves behind her nieces and nephews: Al Romano, Stephen Romano, Rose Anne Sbarro, and Karen Hoffman. She was a loving mother, aunt, grandmother and will be terribly missed by many.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, September 26, 2024, from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and again from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM. A Funeral Mass of the Resurrection will take place on Friday, September 27th, at 11:00 AM at Little Flower Catholic Church, followed by interment at Hollywood Memorial Gardens North.
