Shenberg, Terri, 68 passed away peacefully with family at her side on October 4, 2024. Terri was born in St. Louis, MO and moved to South Florida at a young age. Terri received her Masters of Science Degree in Education at Florida State. She then spent her entire 37 year career at Highland Oaks Elementary impacting the lives of young children. This is the same school that Terri attended as a student. She taught in the Special Education and Gifted Programs. Terri was also very involved in the Florida Chapter of Council for Exceptional Children. In retirement, she enjoyed traveling the world.
Terri will be greatly missed by her family and friends who had the honor of knowing and loving her kind and giving heart. She was preceded in death by her parents Renee Shenberg and Morris Shenberg, and her nephew Austin Mallet.
