William Timothy O'Toole

William “Bill” Timothy O’Toole, age 64 of Hollywood, FL, passed away on September 27, 2022. Bill is survived by daughters Rebecca D. O’Toole of Falls Church, VA, Lauren J. O’Toole of Hollywood, FL, Kelly A. O’Toole of Minneapolis, MN, his former wife Anna Woodall O’Toole of Fort Lauderdale, FL, and his sister, Cathy Evans-Tombrink of Plant City, FL. He is preceded in death by parents Robert J. O’Toole and Jean F. O’Toole. Bill was born December 16, 1957 in West Palm Beach, FL, then adopted and raised by Robert and Jean. Bill grew up in Fort Lauderdale. He attended St. Anthony’s for grade school and St. Thomas Aquinas High School. He went on to get a bachelor’s degree at Florida Atlantic University, an MBA in Finance at the University of Miami, and a Juris Doctor at St. Thomas University. His intelligence and wit were easily noticed by anyone who met him. Bill’s daughters meant the world to him and he did everything in his power to make his girls happy. He had social grace and an unmatched sense of humor. He will live on in the hearts and thoughts of those who ever met him and will be the main character of stories told by his daughters. There will be a visitation/wake on Wednesday, October 5, 2022 from 6-8 p.m. at Landmark Funeral Home, 4200 Hollywood Blvd., Hollywood, FL 33021. Funeral Mass will be held on Thursday, October 6, 2022 at 10 a.m. at St. Anthony’s Catholic Church, 901 NE 2nd St., Fort Lauderdale, FL 33301
