Albert Christ Hajducko , age 70, died unexpectedly at his home in Hollywood, Florida on May 2, 2023.
He was born on April 2 , 1953 in Poughkeepsie, New York to parents Albert Hajducko and Jane Kobart Hajducko. “Skip” as he was known by his family grew up in Pittsburgh, PA and after moving to Florida, graduated from Norland High School in Miami. He then pursued a Biblical degree at Florida Bible College, Hollywood, Florida. Following that he spent 47 years employed as an electronic engineering technician in several South Florida companies.
Albert’s true passion was music and sound engineering. He devoted his free time and energy to the AV crew of The Bridge Church (former Florida Bible Church) of Miramar, Florida. He free lanced as a wedding and party DJ specializing in uplifting music. He was known as “Captain Al” by the DJ community. He was also an avid fisherman. He never traveled without his tackle box and fishing pole. A good family man, Albert was a loving father and faithful soulmate. He married Bonny Jo House formerly of Southampton, PA in Sandy Springs, Georgia in 1981. The couple was married for 41 years and had two children together.
Albert is survived by his wife, Bonny; his son, Andrew Hajducko of Wilmington, Delaware; his daughter, Rachel Hajducko Hooper (Richard Hooper) of Sabbatus, Maine and his sister, Janet Hajducko Daglis of Lilburn, Georgia. He was preceded in death by his mother, Jane Kobart Char of Valrico, Florida and his father, Albert Hajducko, also of Florida.
  Memorial Service will be held on Saturday, May 27, 2023 at 10:00am at The Bridge Church, 9300 Pembroke Road, Miramar, FL 33025.
