Saranne "SuSu" T. Copperthite

January 22, 1943 - August  31, 2023

Saranne “SuSu” Theresa Copperthite , died peacefully at home on August 31, 2023 in Hollywood, Florida at the age of 80. 
Saranne was born on January 22, 1943 in Indianapolis, In. and graduated from Central Catholic High School. She went on to college to achieve her B.A. as a Catholic Novice for the Sisters of Charity for 8 years as a teacher. She moved to Virginia, worked in the business world for 10 years and then St. Egberts Church in Morehead City, NC before retiring.   Saranne loved to travel and enjoyed the last five years of her life in Florida surrounded by family and her two cats. 
Saranne is survived by her sister Eileen (Rick) Parker, half-sister Julia (Rick) Chase, half-sister Ann (Patrick) Symington, sister-in-law Pam Pugh, stepson Michael Copperthite and his family, and over 100 plus Nieces/Nephews, Grands and Great Grands who loved her very much.
Saranne was preceded in death by her husband Robert Copperthite, parents George Loomis and Mary Catherine Pugh, brothers Tom and Michael, and sister Kathy.    In lieu of a funeral, Saranne will be cremated and her remains will be taken to Stafford, Virginia so she can be with her husband again.    Cards and condolences be sent to Eileen Parker at 1500 N 69th Terrace, Hollywood, Fl 33024
