WAYNE E. WILT, 74, of Hollywood, passed away May 2, 2022. Born in Wilkes-Barre, Pennsylvania, he was an Accountant, CFP, Tax Preparer and Enrolled Agent.
Wayne is survived by Joylene Brooks, his dedicated wife of 45 years. He was preceded in death by his daughter, Emily Joy Wilt of Hollywood FL, and his parents, Raymond and Elizabeth Wilt of Virginia Beach, VA. Wayne is also survived by his sister Donna Hand of Raphine, VA., daughters Lesley Harrell (Jon) of N.C., Melissa Altier (Rob) of Stedman, N.C., Shannon Wilt of Roseboro, N.C., and Melody Rueda (Orlando) of Mooresville, N.C. and son Trenton Wilt. He has 8 grandsons and 2 granddaughters, and several nieces and nephews. Wayne loved music and was an incredible guitarist who carried his guitar with him nearly everywhere he went. He was artistic, enjoyed reading, loved science and science fiction, and was a deep, philosophical thinker. His favorite things to do included watching sunsets at the Everglades and walking the Hollywood Beach boardwalk. He also loved acting silly with his family and friends and loved them with all of his heart. Wayne was an incredible man who will be missed more than words can express, especially by his family.
