Eduardo Gabriel Gomez was born on September 15, 1955 in Havana, Cuba. His family then moved to Miami Beach in 1960.
Eduardo, Ed, Eddie or Gabriel was a Surgical Intensive Care Nurse at Georgetown University Hospital then at the VA Center in
Miami who loved Barbara Streisand, reading and watching old movies.
He is predeceased by his parents Aurora and Alberto Gomez as well as his brother Alberto and is succeeded in life by his sister in law Patricia (Patty) Gomez and her children Danice, Jessica and Kristopher Gomez as well as the grandchildren, Jayden and Asher.
His circle of friends was vast, having known some for over sixty years as well as members of Calvary Church in Wilton Manors.
He passed away in hospice care at Holy Cross Hospital.
His big personality will be greatly missed.
