Patricia DeSanti, a beloved mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, and longtime Hollywood, Florida resident, passed away peacefully at the age of 95, surrounded by the love of her family.
Born in New Rochelle, New York, Patricia built a life centered on faith, family, and love. She was a resident of Hollywood, Florida, for more than 53 years and was a devoted member of Nativity Catholic Church. She found her greatest joy in caring for those she loved. An exceptional cook and baker, Patricia was happiest when her home was filled with family, especially during the holidays, where she created traditions and memories that will be treasured for generations.
Patricia was preceded in death by her beloved husband of many years, Joseph DeSanti, in 2018, and her cherished grandson, Michael DeSanti.
She is survived by her loving sons, Frank (Karen), Joseph (Pam), and Vincent (Diane); her grandchildren, Joseph Andrew (Kelsey), Erica (Matthew), and Joseph Vincent; and her treasured great-grandchildren, Kaia, Luciella, Grace, Madison, and Maya.
Patricia will be remembered for her kindness, vibrancy, strength, and unwavering devotion to her family. Her greatest accomplishment was the loving family she helped build. Her legacy will continue through the generations of those who were blessed to know and love her.
